SENIOR CONSULTANTS
Consultants own the client problem. They are responsible for determining how to bring the best resources and solutions to the client project. By working closely with clients, they maximize the impact of our work and lead the client through the strategy, vision, brand creation and implementation and transformative change process. They also follow up work on an ongoing basis to ensure sustained impact. Applicants will demonstrate their superior ability to deliver significant impact for clients. You must live our values of innovation, creativity and future driven ideas. The consultant also prepares proposals and reviews proposals prepared by others.
CONSULTANTS
The Consultant works in order to develop the major part of the Strategic side of projects across the life of a client. They are the hub and center of the full PROJECT TEAM and overall coordination and executor of the project plan. They apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence. The consultant:
- Defines the project’s objectives and oversees quality control / timings throughout its life cycle
- Develops strategic thinking for the project
- Involves the talent of the firm in the strategic development process as appropriate
- Works with Project Manager in order to maximise quality and performance of the project across all stages
- Prepares proposals and presentations to gain new clients
BUSINESS ANALYSTS:
The Business Analysts have to develop foundational knowledge across each of the basic functions (e.g. Strategy, vision development, branding, marketing, organization, and sometimes finance depending on background). Business analysts take responsibility for part of the problem solving in each client engagement. They play an important role in data gathering, actively contribute to the team's final recommendations, and present their work to Consultants and SC and to senior client executives. They also have a voice in determining the team's style and pace of work.
PROJECT MANAGERS
Corporate Vision Strategists is looking for enthusiastic and "hands on" Project Managers with experience in the branding, marketing or advertising industry. Candidates will need a university degree or an equivalent education plus work experience. Additional languages are a plus.
The Project Managers will work as part of a global team
and will manage projects alongside consultants, creative teams and other project suppliers to deliver top quality work on time and budget. Project Managers will grow the relationship with clients and the increase add-on business.
Requirements
Minimum 5 year work experience. Educational Requirements for Consultants: University Degree and/or MBA (if not great work experience with top organisations and brands).
Educational Requirements to join our Creative Lab: Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts or Design, Media or other communication disciplines with at least 1 year of post-graduate experience. Creative samples sent electronically by PDF with your CV welcomed.

Corporate Vision Strategists is looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic interns for our offices in Madrid and London.
