Implementing our new vision strategy and brand packaging system allowed Yoka the flexibility to position itself with products in the premium yogurt segment whilst also serving the price driven end of the market. With this dual strategy Yoka can maximise opportunities for promotion and distribution. In addition to realising an increase in sales this brand vision has helped consolidate and expand Yoka’s leadership position in the market. Corporate Vision Strategists also redesigned the brand and packaging of the Yoki line of drinkable yogurts for the children’s market. As with Yoka, we refocused the brand and packaging to maximise sales by strengthening the communication of the health benefits of the product. |
