Garcia Baquero is the spanish brand leader of cheese products. The company offers the largest range and variety in the market. The corporate brand and ist packaging system did not reflect its leadership position vs new national and international competitors. Garcia Baquero called upon Corporate Vision Strategists to assist them in their future strategic corporate redefinition. Corporate Vision Strategists has extensive knowledge of the spanish food market having created new Corporate Vision® projects for leading brands including Campofrio (leader of meat products) and Puleva (leader of dairy products). Our project identified valuable corporate assets and capabilities that could be used for the transformation and relaunch of the company and assist in creating a more powerful message that would distinguish Garcia Baquero from the more traditional competitors. The new corporate message of 'Renewing our traditions' allows Garcia Baquero to retain its core roots while allowing it to introduce more innovative products and messages, extending its customer base and opportunities.
