Its distribution network is capable of servicing 63,000 points of sale every week. Ranked ninth in the world by volume of sales, and fifth by profit share, it's hardly surprising that Coca Cola's Iberian Division has enjoyed a 70% market share of the carbonated drinks market in central Spain. Casbega had a powerful market position, a robust cashflow, but a limited geographic growth. So they called on us to envision a strategy of sustainable growth that would maximise their partnership with Coca Cola.
