With more than 50 years of experience as the exclusive bottling partner for Coca Cola in Spain, Casbega is one of the most advanced companies of its kind in the world.

Its distribution network is capable of servicing 63,000 points of sale every week. Ranked ninth in the world by volume of sales, and fifth by profit share, it's hardly surprising that Coca Cola's Iberian Division has enjoyed a 70% market share of the carbonated drinks market in central Spain. Casbega had a powerful market position, a robust cashflow, but a limited geographic growth. So they called on us to envision a strategy of sustainable growth that would maximise their partnership with Coca Cola.

By understanding future customer needs and demands, and by analysing Casbega´s core competencies, product portfolio and relationship with the Coca Cola Company, Corporate Vision Strategists introduced a new Corporate Vision® to re-launch Casbega as a company with a dual mission in the beverages market:

  1. The Healthy Casbega: a leading "health and well-being beverages company".
  2. The Fun Casbega: a producer of drinks that are creative, enjoyable and entertaining.
